Thessaloniki, like plenty of European cities, has a great live-music scene, with buskers and bar-room guitarists galore, but its radio is a different story. Throughout my time in Thessaloniki, I kept careful note of the music wafting through restaurants and emanating from the heart of thrift shops, in order to construct a snapshot of what music people in this Greek city are tuning into.
